GRIND does not yet have a "physical" location so in the meantime, we're taking advantage of all the awesome spaces around Columbus by hosting pop-up events!
GRIND workouts focus on high-energy, full body, 45-minute circuit workouts. Each pop-up will offer different stations and music to keep us motivated. Notice how we said "us" there? We're here with you. None of this bark the next exercise from the front stuff. Actively participating in the workout helps us not only demonstrate good form, but reminds us we're in this together!
