Guilt Free Giant Quesadilla
Ingredients
1 square Joseph’s Lavish Flatbread You can use any lavish flatbread brand
1/2 cup Black Beans
1/2 cup Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
2 tbsp Trader Joe’s cashew fiesta dip
3/4 cup Chopped tomatoes
Cooking Instructions
Spread cashew dip on lavesh bread.
Add black beans and sliced tomatoes.
Add the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the black beans and tomatoes.
Fold lavesh bread in half and grill in pan for 1-2 minutes each side or until cheese is melted.
Eat & enjoy!
