1/3 cup hummus
2 cups leafy greens
1/4 cups radishes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup snap peas, sliced
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp almonds, roughly chopped
1 slice sourdough bread
salt
pepper
In a medium bowl, add leafy greens, sliced radishes, and peas.
Drizzle with olive oil, season with a punch of salt and pepper, toss gently to combine. Set aside.
In a small serving bowl, add hummus to the bowl, then using the back of the spoon, spread hummus across the bowl.
Add in the leafy green mixture on top of the hummus.
Sprinkle the bowl with crumbled feta cheese and almonds.
Serve with a side of sourdough bread.
