I am a plant-based chef & consultant who has worked with naturopathic retreats using food as a medicinal modality for healing, & also with several hospitals & schools helping to integrate scratch cooking local plant-based foods in to the severely nutrient-lacking & disease-promoting menus many American institutions serve nowadays. My passion for plant medicine & healthy holistic ways of living recently brought me to managing Franny’s Farmacy, an upscale CBD boutique in downtown Greenville, where I continue to educate & spread my love & knowledge of alternative treatments in order to promote health & longevity to those who seek it.
I love to move & stay active any way I can & these days it involves a lot of yoga; I start my teacher training at Soul Yoga at the end of March! I also enjoy biking, hiking, HIIT training, & plyometrics.
