As a SweatNet ambassador I aim to show others that exercise comes in many shapes and forms and is for literally EVERYONE. I’ve been a runner for as long as I can remember. I know that even a one mile walk can turn around a bad day. What I also know? That taking walk breaks during a run is ok, just walking is ok, counting yard work as activity is ok.
I don’t go out to win Marathons or PR every race, but I go out to have fun, decompress and take some time for myself. On the weekends I enjoy running with Fleet Feet, taking all the yoga classes, paddle boarding, and wake surfing. I love trying new fitness classes, even through I am not coordinated (Ha!)
