Hi! I'm Jamie. I work in healthcare administration, and also as a professional dog trainer. I love to cook, remodel our house with my husband, and do anything that involves hanging with our five dogs! Fitness has been in incredible tool in keeping on top of my physical and mental well being. I've been lucky enough to experience so much personal growth over the last few years, and I can't wait to share what I've learned!
