Hi everyone!  My name is Jessica and I am very excited to be a 2020 SweatNET Ambassador for Grand Rapids!  Health, wellness, and community play a large role in my life- it ultimately lead me to my profession as a physical therapist.  I was a former marathon runner, who has likely had every overuse injury related to running.  After learning immensely about the recovery process, I decided to make it a career to help others overcome injury, and return to the things they love to do most!

When I am not working, you can find me trying to keep up with my toddler, spending time with family and friends, traveling, learning about food and wine, downhill and waterskiing, or going to a group fitness class.  Yoga, barre, and spinning are a few of my favorites!
