So far, I have really enjoyed my time at CKO. Before I started, I had never done kickboxing before, but I heard it was a great workout. I love the new strength I have found in myself. The instructors are so excited and really like to pump people up. It is a challenging work out but that’s why I love it. In my undergraduate school, I was a division I swimmer, so I love the workout challenging workout I’m getting at CKO.
I hope to gain more skill in my moths to come but I can’t wait to see my transformation in my body and mind. I feel more confident now in working out and in my strength. CKO is one of the best workouts that I’ve ever done and I’m excited to keep going!
