Hi everyone! I’m a 26 year old born in Long Island, NY and raised in Pittsburgh. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Developmental Psychology and a Master of Education in Instruction and Learning. I’m now working my dream job as an elementary special education teacher in the Mars Area School District!

I’m a lover of wine, coffee, dogs, and all things pink. I love to read and listen to true crime podcasts. I enjoy exploring new happy hour spots, going to concerts, and watching Pittsburgh sports events, too!

I’ve always tried to stay active to some extent, but fitness became a true hobby of mine just recently. I enjoy running, yoga and strength training, but I also love changing up my workouts from time to time!

A friend of mine, who is also a SweatNet ambassador, first invited my boyfriend and I to a SweatNet yoga event. I fell in love with the SweatNet community immediately. Between the variety of workouts and the consistently welcoming atmosphere, I knew I had finally found a place where I could truly better myself and feel confident doing so.

I love being able to share this experience with a group of empowering, uplifting people, and I love having the opportunity to expand our SweatNet community even further with my friends. Our events have quickly become what I look forward to most during the week!
