Hi, I’m Kristen! I am a wife, mom of 3 and a fitness enthusiast! I have been involved in sports and fitness my whole life and continued that love into my career. I have BS in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University and a MS in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Exercise Physiology from Texas Tech University. I am also a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Health Coach.
I enjoy all aspects of health and fitness and trying new things! My favorite forms of exercise are running and Climb class, but I also love my Peloton bike. I have completed numerous half marathons, a few full marathons and still excited to see how many more I can complete in my lifetime!
