Laura J. Hanson is a writer and therapeutic yoga teacher passionate about strengthening the mind-body connection, deepening present moment awareness, and making wellness as accessible and intuitive as possible. She uses mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and Yoga Nidra to help others deepen their self-awareness and realize their inner strength. Her mission is to inspire mindful living and conscious community for a deeper, more connected human experience.
Laura strives to help others create more productive, fulfilled lives by nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. Her teaching style focuses on strength, empowerment, safe alignment, and supporting the health of the nervous system. Laura encourages her students to cultivate “intuitive practice” by meeting themselves where they are and creating opportunities to explore movement, breath, and energy without judgment. Laura also invites her students to listen to their body’s inner wisdom, both on and off the mat.
