Hi, I’m Lauren! I thankfully discovered running by accident over 6 years ago and my life hasn’t been the same ever since. What started as a fun challenge to complete a 5k turned into a full-on passion and lifestyle! Once I caught the running bug, I realized that running didn’t just make me feel better physically, it also made me feel better mentally!  My goal is to share my love and passion for running with others!

My husband and I became RRCA Certified Run Coaches and co-founded Running for Wellness, LLC.  Running for Wellness, LLC is a run coaching business with the mission to inspire, teach, and guide others to improve their overall mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing through running. We believe running can be used as an important method to improve your health and wellness and we want to give you the tools you need to start your running journey!
