Hi, I’m Lennon! I am so excited to be a 2020 SweatNET Nashville ambassador! I am originally from Alabama and moved to Nashville after graduating from college in December. I was a dancer all my life up until my junior year in college. My involvement with dance is what really sparked my interest in the health and fitness community. I am a huge foodie and love to make healthy recipes that are quick, easy, and so yummy. I began working out my freshman year of high school, but it wasn’t until I got in college that I began to focus on becoming comfortable in my body and learning to live a healthy lifestyle. It has truly been a learning experience over the past few years, but I truly believe finding a balance within my lifestyle was key for me. I hope to be able to help others find their balance and love pursuing it!
