Lions Den SMP exists to create a fun and communal environment, advocating form and position focused training, educating members about bio-mechanics, movement-based strength training and conditioning for optimal performance and quality of life.
Our Vision is to be a thriving community of athletes of all ages constantly working to better ourselves and each other. Lions Den SMP is the place to learn, build, and foster a life of health, well-being, and performance. It is not just a place to go workout. People come because they truly care about bettering themselves and know that we truly care about helping them achieve that. Lions Den SMP runs movement-based strength and conditioning classes and training sessions for young and old athletes alike. We work to restore older athlete’s ability to move, get stronger and feel better. We work to ensure young athletes never incur some of the pitfalls many older athletes have experienced.
