Established late 2015, Lion’s Roar CrossFit is a 4500 square foot facility located in recently renovated Hampton Station. We are Greenville, South Carolina’s premier CrossFit, strength and conditioning, and olympic weightlifting gym, offering group fitness classes, and personal training. We pride ourselves on emphasizing safe movements and proper technique, which is consistently coached and re-coached to improve overall performance.
