    At Taziki’s, everything is centered around Living the Good Life. We strive to create an environment that combines extraordinary food with meaningful human connection. Extraordinary food. That might mean different things to different people. But to us, it means: Fresh. Real. Nourishing. Fueling. And we go the extra mile to make sure that when the plate hits your table, you feel good about what is going into your body.
 
    What does that look like? We believe that we stand out from the rest because of the care and intention we use behind every menu item. This starts early in the morning for us, every day. Every dressing, sauce, soup, and dip is made from scratch daily. The meat is hand-prepared. Vegetables are chopped. Pita is baked. We have no fryers, freezers, or microwaves. When we say we make everything from scratch, we mean it! We stick to the Mediterranean diet, which is supposedly the best of the best. That means cooking with olive oil instead of butter. Fresh lemon juice is used in many menu items as well. Another thing we are proud of is our partnership here in Nashville with Cul2vate Farms. They are located in the Crieve Hall area. We source our tomatoes, potatoes, cucumbers, and soon-to-be basil from them as much as possible. They are a great organization and we are elated to have them involved with our story. These are all items that really stand behind our fresh concept.

    Now, why is all of this important? We want you to feel good about what you are fueling your body with. We want you to know that when you choose Taziki’s for your next meal, whether you walk through our doors, order to-go, through our app, or cater with us, you are receiving extraordinary food that was prepared with you in mind. And we believe that these are all story-telling pieces that our communities need to know.
