I never thought I could fall in love with working out- especially in my late thirties. This coming from the same girl who brought a doctor’s note to get out of P.E. in high school. My entire life, fitness felt like a foreign language that I just couldn’t understand. Struggling with my weight since I became a mom at a young age and after years of yo-yo dieting/trying every program out there (only to give up after a few weeks in), my health and fitness goals felt unattainable. Even when I lost weight, I still never felt healthy or strong. Over the last year, I have connected with fitness in a way like never before and I’m challenged to live my healthiest life as I embrace turning 4o this year!
