My professional background includes client services, training, human resources, and corporate work life balance. I have a degree in Psychology from Emmanuel College, a teaching certificate, and have been a long-time student of nutrition science and coaching methodology. I received further training and certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. I am a member of the International Association of Health Coaches and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
