Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie
Ingredients
1 frozen banana (frozen is what makes it thick and creamy)
1/2 avocado
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or coconut milk)
1/4 tsp peppermint extract OR 1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves
2 moderate handfuls fresh baby spinach
3-4 ice cubes
2 tbsp dairy free mini chocolate chips
Cooking Instructions
1. Place all ingredients for the smoothie (except for the chocolate chips) into a powerful blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Add in chocolate chips and pulse until finely chopped, but still have texture.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
