MOVE FITNESS AND HEALTH is movement for everyone, everywhere. Jess, owner and NASM-certified trainer, hosts virtual classes in the MFH Virtual Studio with over 50 classes (more added weekly), pop-up workouts around town, and personal training/private group sessions. Workouts range from beat-based pilates and sculpt, to circuit training and HIIT.
About Jess: Jess is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor. She loves meeting you where you’re at, finding what movements and methods work for you, understanding your goals and helping you push past them. She’s obsessed with movement that prevents injury and challenges both body and mind.
