Hi I’m Nikki! I’m a dietitian and group fitness instructor in the STL area. I’m originally from Cleveland, Ohio and moved to St. Louis three years ago for graduate school. Ever since moving to St. Louis I’ve relied so much on the health and wellness community to provide me with the best stress relief, sweats and community to rely on. To me there’s nothing better than being a part of a group, working out together and pushing each other to reach your goals. I love all high energy classes, I’m a firm believer that a playlist can make or break a class, there’s nothing better than a matching workout set & I will forever say sweating is the best medicine!
