Oh My God, Becky. The Peach Squad is Going on Tour!
Looking for a workout that tones your booty and flattens your belly? Duh.
Scott Thompson created The Peach Squad in 2017 as a way to target common problem areas while making exercise fun. Each hour-long class consists of core strength, leg toning and glute work. Scott and ‘The Peaches’ bring an unmatchable energy throughout the sweaty, cardio-focused workout.
The Peach Squad turned to virtual workouts after quarantine shut down their in-person sweat sessions. Their live-stream classes allow for feedback and modification cues from Scott in real time. You can catch an online class Mondays at 6pm, and Saturdays and Sundays at 11am. Get in the mix with the Peach community by joining the Facebook group for accountability and sisterhood.
This summer The Peach Squad is hitting the road and hosting pop-up workouts all over Pittsburgh. These fitness classes will feature Scott’s classic training put to the beat of a live DJ.
