1 cup old-fashioned oats
.67 cup shredded coconut toasted
.5 cup peanut butter creamy
.5 cup ground flaxseed
.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
.33 cup honey
1 tb chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cooking Instructions
Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to week.
