Ingredients
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
3 egg whites or ⅔ liquid egg whites
2 packets of stevia
Cinnamon to taste
Cooking Instructions
Grease skillet and bring to medium heat
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour mixture onto heated skillet in preferred sized circles.
Cook for about 2 minutes before flipping. Leave on heat until firm.
Top with cinnamon, berries, or syrup of choice
