Taught by our highly-trained teachers, Pure Barre features four group class formats that deliver an effective total body barre workout focused on low-impact, high-intensity movements that lift and tone muscles and improve strength, agility and flexibility for every body.

Classic: Rooted in our classic technique, Pure Barre is the fastest, most effective full-body barre workout. You’ll be guided through a series low-impact, high intensity movements that are designed to strengthen and tone your body in ways that no other technique can. Give us 50 minutes and we’ll give you the best of barre – long and lean muscle tone without the bulk.

Pure Empower: More cardio. More ways to crush your goals. Pure Empower is a fusion of barre and interval training designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength and rev up your metabolism. For 45 minutes, you’ll use multi-directional, dynamic movements with ankle weights and a plyometric platform to target different muscle groups simultaneously – all at an invigorating pace.

Pure Barre Define: Our newest class, focused on weight-based strength training. By using a wider range of weights (up to 20 lbs!), you can expect to build muscular strength & power while still enjoying our classic barre technique. While most of our classes are cued to the beat of the music, we encourage you to find your own pace in Pure Barre Define!

Pure Barre Align: Combines our classic strength-building barre technique with flexibility and balance training for a restorative full-body experience. If you like yoga, you’ll love Pure Barre Align! This 50-minute class moves at a slower pace with various flows of stretching to improve your joint mobility and range of motion!
