Our classes teach beautiful and safe alignment, just like yoga or barre, so that you can get the most out of the workout and don’t injure yourself. We use a calm voice and teach with the mind of yoga and barre, encouraging you to tune into the body and breath, for the same reasons. This ain’t no party, this ain’t no disco…we’re about being present, tuning in and reducing stress through mindful movement.
