2 lbs brussel sprouts
 	2 cloves garlic, minced
 	1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
 	2 tbs balsamic vinegar
 	salt and pepper to taste
 	5 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
 	1 cup walnuts (or preferred nut)
 	1/2 cup dried cranberries
 	1/2 cup goat or feta cheese
								
				 
				
				
									1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2. Cut you Brussels sprouts into halves
3. In a bowl, mix the Brussels with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper
4. Spread on a lined baking sheet and make for 20-25 min
5. Pull from oven and top with remaining ingredients and enjoy!
