The Rock Hollow Trail trail is located in Wildwood and is 2.3 miles in length.
The main trailhead is located on the parking lot of Ridge Meadows Elementary School, but the trail can also be accessed from the Al Foster Memorial Trail.
The paved trail is mostly shady, with soaring bluffs through a dense forest. It is noticeably steep near the main trailhead but flattens out as it nears Al Foster.
“If you love a hill, you will love this one,” said Great Rivers Greenway. “If you don’t love a hill, the birds, wildlife, and views make it worth the climb.”
Rock Hollow and Al Foster are both a part of Great Rivers Greenway.
