Every class is low-impact (no jumping or burpees, ect.) and will strengthen your body without breaking down your joints. Rowing is a great new skill to learn at any age or fitness level! Don’t worry, it’s not ALL rowing; step off the erg for low impact body weight exercises, stretching or (optional) dumbbell movements for optimal toning and sculpting!
