- Reading/listening to a non-fiction book (just finished Matthew McConaughey’s book Greenlight, but I usually reach for a history book)
- Watching/playing sports! (hockey, basketball, and football)
- Out on the water! I started sailing while attending university at Michigan State and always love jumping on as a crew for a boat.
I enjoy group fitness classes because it is a fun way to connect and meet others! Prior to Covid, I moved to Australia by myself. Without knowing many people, I joined the local gym and in no time at all, I was able to meet a great group of people that helped make my experience far more enjoyable!
