Wife, Mom of 3, Owner of NEIGHBORHOOD barre Concord, and Master Trainer for NEIGHBORHOOD barre.

I’m a rare CLT native – born and raised here and now i’m raising my family here. I graduated from UNC Charlotte with a degree in Health Communications. In 2018 I decided to dedicate my career full time to health and fitness and opened NEIGHBORHOOD barre’s first North Carolina studio.

Helping to build a community of women who connect not only through fitness, but through everyday life events has been the greatest joy.

As a Master Trainer for our franchise I have the opportunity to travel and work with women all over the east coast and guide them on their journey to become fitness/barre instructors.

I genuinely love to workout – it’s basically an addiction – and I love connecting with others in the CLT fitness world!
