My name is Samantha 🙋🏼‍♀️ I’m 28 years young and just a Long Island girl who packed up her car and moved to Greenville, SC on a whim. A new home, means new friends and SweatNET GVL helped me out big time with that!

As a previous DII Volleyball player and long time fitness junky I’ve come to realize that majority of my friendships have been formed through teams and gyms. A community, a family and a tribe are all what come to mind when I think of SweatNET. Being a part of a group like this is POWERFUL. Not only are you surrounded by like-minded individuals when it comes to health and wellness, but you attend these events together and leave feeling like the BADASS that you are! What’s even better is that this is for ANY and ALL skill levels, so no excuses 😉
