Sarah is a mom of 2, a life-long Grand Rapidian, body builder, and figure athlete.
“My studio is strictly for personal training and customized one-on-one coaching. When I started my fitness journey, I lacked the confidence to go to a gym and learn. It was my experience with personal training that helped me find that confidence. I wanted to be able to offer that same comfort in my own space in a relaxed, personalized environment (but still have all the fun toys to make exercise exciting!)
