Hello everyone, I'm Sarah! I work in government sales for a packaging and warehouse company. I'm originally from the east side of the state but graduated from Grand Valley a few years ago. I lived in Chicago for a year after graduation but missed Grand Rapids so much I moved back! My favorite workouts are strength training/HIIT and yoga. I'm a member at F45 and absolutely love it! In my free time I enjoy traveling, boating up north, skiing in the winter and trying new restaurants! I am so excited to join the SweatNET community and meet like-minded people!
