Sarah grew up in the fitness industry with a Dad who sold fitness equipment – it’s been in her DNA for quite sometime. Upon graduation, Sarah worked in the fitness industry on the vendor side for a health club billing and software company. Sarah currently lives in Charlotte and works in the corporate wellness space. She also is the host of The Value Proposition by the Fitness Business Podcast – a show dedicated to sharing the value of fitness industry suppliers above and beyond their product or service. Sarah is an avid Peloton-er! She also enjoys city walks and lifting weights!
