Whether running is your workout of choice or you’re just getting into it, Coach Donald from Global Human Performance is serving up a challenge for you! How about a mile a day challenge?!
The Fall is here, the air is crisp and the leaves are changing so, what a perfect opportunity to get outside and get running!
Here’s how the challenge will work: get outside and hit the pavement for a 1-mile run or walk everyday for 7 days, take 1 day off and then repeat for another 7days. In 15 days you will run a total of 14 miles!
If you’re already a seasoned runner, Coach Donald is upping the ante with a 70K challenge! Run 3 miles a day for 7 days, take 1 day off then repeat for another 7 days! That’s 42 miles – or 70K!
