Steph Scherr

Hey I am Steph! I am a graduate of the University of Delaware and work as a Media Buyer at an ad agency here in town. I recently relocated to Nashville from New York City where I lived for two years and was where I found my passion for health and wellness. After battling several health issues, working out has been a huge life saver. I am particularly interested in HIIT workouts and strength training. However, I am always down to try something new and see what other workouts are out there!

Now that I am settling into my new life  herein Nashville, I am very interested in getting to meet new people and get more involved in this amazing city I now get to call home! I'm super excited to be an Ambassador for SweatNET and looking forward to all the experiences ahead of me!
