Trends in the health and wellness industry come and go. No one knows that better than Stretch Zone Founder Jorden Gold, who has been in the industry for 20 years. Unlike most, Jorden’s motivation for pioneering practitioner-assisted stretch was personal. Watching his Pop-Pop (grandfather) lose mobility due to diabetes, Jorden believed he could apply a proprietary stretch methodology to improve circulation and create a more ideal resting muscle tone.
