While we typically offer 1-on-1 personal training live and in-person at our studio, with COVID-19 upon us, we are offering these individualized sessions virtually through Zoom.
Our sessions focus on YOU: your strengths, your goals, your equipment (or lack thereof), your past injuries, etc. etc. This is not a streaming program where we can’t see you and just hope you’re doing things with proper form. We actually watch you and provide you with live feedback on technique, reps, sets, form and other vital elements you just can’t get in a group or streaming experience. Think of this as a way to be confident you won’t injure yourself when you do go to that group fitness class (streaming or otherwise).
