At T2 Fitness we offer classes that focus on your cardio, fitness and overall health. We offer a variety of classes from SWEAT Bootcamp, to CYCLE, to Row Zone + and Row Zone. All classes are High intensity style classes. Each class has its own unique style. But that help you work towards your fitness and health goals!
Our most popular class is our Row Zone+ class. It is a high intensity 30-40 minute circuit with low impact that works on cardio, toning, and strength.
SWEAT is a high intensity interval workout that focuses on full body workouts that help you sculpt, tone and loose weight.
CYCLE is low impact high intensity interval training on our Concept 2 Erg Bikes. A 45 minute workout pushing you through interval trainings and distance rides.
Row Zone is our low impact cardio class that varies sessions between longer distance and shorter sprints keeping each class fun and different.
