At T2 Fitness we offer classes that focus on your cardio, fitness and overall health. We offer a variety of classes from SWEAT, to CYCLE, to Row Zone. Â All classes are High intensity style classes. Â Each class has its own unique style. Â But that help you work towards your fitness and health goals!
SWEAT is a high intensity interval workout that focuses on full body workouts that help you sculpt, tone and loose weight.
CYCLE is lead by our in-house cycle pro leading you through low impact high intensity interval training on our Concept 2 Erg Bikes.
Row Zone is our low impact cardio class that varies sessions between longer distance and shorter sprints keeping each class fun and different.
