At T2 Fitness we offer classes that focus on your cardio, fitness and overall health. We offer a variety of classes from SWEAT, to CYCLE, to Row Zone. All classes are High intensity style classes. Each class has its own unique style. But that help you work towards your fitness and health goals!
SWEAT is a high intensity interval workout that focuses on full body workouts that help you sculpt, tone and loose weight.
CYCLE is lead by our in-house cycle pro leading you through low impact high intensity interval training on our Concept 2 Erg Bikes.
Row Zone is our low impact cardio class that varies sessions between longer distance and shorter sprints keeping each class fun and different.
