TEAL Fitness is ever-changing HIIT style training where you have a Coach through the entire workout. It’s basically personal training in a group setting where we combine strength training, cardio, core/balance/agility in a circuit style. We also constantly work on mental toughness, because strong minds create strong bodies! There is always a “Workout of the Day” but depending on fitness levels of our members, we can modify & tailor movements for certain individuals. We do not have class times which allows flexibility for our members. We offer two complimentary workouts for you to come in and try us out to see if you like it!
