Hey Grand Rapids! My name is Monica – Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, group exercise instructor, outdoor adventurer and ultimate dog lover. I started my private health coaching business, The Habit of Health, with the intention to help others discover the fast track to their own health success and shed light on how habits can make health sustainable and effortless.
My coaching practice is anchored in three main pillars: beliefs, body, and behaviors. I work with my clients to identify and shift limiting beliefs, teach the basics of health, and change behaviors for good.
