Come get hyper focused coaching in a small group environment where everyone around you is striving for their best. Each day focuses on one of the five major barbell movements along with complimentary movements and what we call a “finisher.”
Nobody’s fitness journey looks exactly the same, and nobody has the same daily schedule. That’s why we’ve designed membership options that can fit into any lifestyle. Choose from:
– Unlimited Membership – $175 per month. Our elite membership level gives you the ability to attend as many classes as you’d like.
– 3 Day / Week Membership – $155 per month. The perfect option to stay consistently moving while building strength and endurance.
– 2 Day / Week Membership – $140 per month. A great option for beginners to pace themselves while practicing good lifting form.
