Olivia Morgan is a Charlotte, NC native who has dedicated her full-time career to assist others in
reaching their health and fitness goals. She works with people from the inside out with hyper
focus on, both, internal and external intentions. She encourages individuals to step away from
societal pressures and expectations and instead look internally for independent mental and
physical needs.

“We tend to gauge our self esteem based on what others think, which is the antithesis of self love
and self esteem. Societal standards create a massive disconnect between mind, body, and spirit. It
is important to ask your body what it needs rather than what it wants. Maybe it’s more water one
day. Maybe it’s more movement or more protein one week. I can’t stress enough the importance
of building a relationship and becoming more in tune with yourself.Self confidence, self esteem, and self discipline are the key components to loving your character, and only you can decide what’s needed to achieve these aspects.” Olivia has practiced fitness in some capacity since she was a child participating in team sports, school and club, and later taking group fitness classes before becoming a group and personal trainer.

She is well versed in fitness, instructing many forms of exercise throughout her career, from high intensity cardio workouts such as indoor spin to low impact pilates-based exercises. Olivia says she created her signature class, Power Synthesis, after combining all said knowledge into one 45-minute body burner. Power Synthesis takes you through a sequence of fast-paced yoga movements with isolated holds, exhausting the muscles, then transitioning into plyometric (jump training) movements once the muscles reach ultimate fatigue. “Combining low impact strength training with explosive, lengthening movements provides premier results. The union of stretching and contracting your muscles whips them into shape. It’s challenging, and pushing yourself beyond comfortable is when growth happens.” Olivia’s method of training boosts muscle power, strength, and agility while improving balance. Power Synthesis uses maximum force to strengthen the body and push the mind beyond set limits.
