THRIVE is the passion of Dr. Amy Fletcher & Dr. Nancy Palermo Lietz to deliver a specialized, integrative healthcare center providing individuals with an alternative to the conventional options currently present in the Charlotte area. It is the physicians’ hope that the care received at the center will optimize physician-patient relationships in a personalized setting that affords an integrated approach to the health and wellness of each patient.

The staff at THRIVE consists of physicians and other healthcare providers specializing in Integrative Medicine, Functional Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine and Men’s & Women’s Health.
