Hi, I’m TK!

I am an OU Bobcat from a small town called Toronto, Ohio. I’ve called Columbus home since 2008 & live in Victorian Village with my husband & two cats. I am an instructor at StudioTorch where I teach HIIT style workout classes several times a week. I am an avid Yogi & love trying new workout styles as well as new (to me) studios!

In addition to fitness, I am the stylist behind Tees by TK which is my vintage tee shirt collection. My line is full of rad, one-of-kind tees that range from semi mint-condition to a tinge of wear & tear to tees completely transformed with alterations by yours truly! You can find me hosting events like hand-bleaching workshops & small group workout collaborations, as well as slinging that good good with my babes over at Woodhouse Vegan.

I love people, I love fashion, & I love all things vintage. And most importantly, I love building others up, helping them find their confidence, or simply inspiring them to inspire themselves.

Style by TK is all-encompassing style. Maybe that’s tangible style like the #teesbyTK line or a style overhaul with what you currently own… or maybe it’s an intangible style makeover, like attending an event where you meet new people & find your creative edge or challenging yourself to a new workout class!
