I became interested in Physical Therapy when I was an injured runner in middle school and went through the rehab process. Since then, physical therapy has helped me learn so much about my body, its capabilities, and how to keep moving and stay healthy. My favorite thing about PT is how it allows me to spend so much time with my patients, develop long-lasting relationships, and give them the knowledge and tools to continue living healthy lifestyles despite injury. I have a great deal of experience working with functional fitness athletes, runners, yoga enthusiasts, and sweaters of all kinds!
Outside of PT, I recently moved to Charlotte, so I am very new to the area, but so far absolutely love the endless amount of outdoor activities and how active the Charlotte community is! You can find me sweating at a local CrossFit gym or SweatNET event, hiking in the mountains, or trying out a new local coffee shop!
