No-Bake Energy Bites
	
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
 - .67 cup shredded coconut (toasted)
 - .5 cup peanut butter (creamy)
 - .5 cup ground flaxseed
 - .5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
 - .33 cup honey
 - 1 tb chia seeds
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 
Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
