ABOUT DUALITY: Duality Circuit classes offer exhilarating, circuit-based workouts to improve your strength, power, endurance & metabolism. Your workout will be divided equally between both sides of the room. Expect treadmills, Ski Ergs (rower), sled pushes & exercises with kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, TRX, Fitbenches and resistance bands
