Sweet and Spicy Coleslaw

  • 16 oz coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup red pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Stir together the coleslaw, red pepper, and cilantro in a bowl.

  2. Whisk together the ranch, vinegar, honey, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowls.

  3. Pour sauce over the coleslaw and toss to coat.

  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Tip: Coleslaw is usually best once left in the refrigerator for a day!
